  1. Peel thecucumbers.Cut in half lengthwise. Then slice into thin pieces. Place the sliced cucumbers into a large bowl.
  2. Add thechopped dill, minced garlic,thezest of one lemon, 1 tablespoonlemon juice,plain greek yogurt, sugar, 1/2 teaspoonsalt,andground black pepper.
  3. Toss until the yogurt blends into a thin dressing. Taste, then salt and pepper as needed. (Some years cucumbers are sweeter than other years so season with sugar accordingly.)
