2. For the Wontons

Step 1:

In a big bowl, combine all the ingredients

Step 2:

Use the blender and blend the ingredients. Let sit for 25-30 minutes. The filling will be more crunchy when keep in the freezer for 5 minutes

Step 3:

Use 1 teaspoon to scoop the filling. Try to make the ball shape and fill into the wonton wrapper. Don’t take too much of meat, wonton skin can be broken.

Tips: To close the Wonton, tap some water onto the edge. Use the skill of two fingers to put a bit of pressure. Make sure the Wontons are completely close, if not, all the stuff inside will explode in the soup.

Step 4:

Add wonton into the boiling soup and cook for 4-5 minutes. Until the wonton is float means it’s well cooked inside.

Step 5:

Turn-off the stove. Serve in a separate bowl. Sprinkle some pepper powder for a better smell.
