Berries and Cream Jello Salad is one of my favorites for a summer dessert or even a holiday side-dish.

This recipe is simple to make and the cream topping is delicious!

Ingredients needed for this Berries and Cream Jello Salad:

  • 6ouncesraspberry Jello
  • 2cupsboiling water
  • 20ouncescrushed pineappledo not drain
  • 21ouncesblueberry pie filling
  • 8ouncescream cheesesoftened
  • 1cupsour cream
  • ½cupsugar
  • 1teaspoonvanilla
  • 2cupsfresh blackberriesfor garnish (any berry will work)

How to make Berries and Cream Jello Salad:

  • Mix together the box of jello and boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until all jello is dissolved. Mix in can of pineapple and can of pie filling until combined. Pour jello mixture into a 9×13 pan and refrigerate until set (about 4-5 hours).
  • Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla and beat until smooth. Place a spoonful of cream on each serving. Garnish with fresh berries.

  • 6 ounces raspberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple do not drain

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries for garnish (any berry will work)
