Berries and Cream Jello Salad is one of my favorites for a summer dessert or even a holiday side-dish.
This recipe is simple to make and the cream topping is delicious!

Ingredients needed for this Berries and Cream Jello Salad:

- 6ouncesraspberry Jello
- 2cupsboiling water
- 20ouncescrushed pineappledo not drain
- 21ouncesblueberry pie filling
- 8ouncescream cheesesoftened
- 1cupsour cream
- ½cupsugar
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 2cupsfresh blackberriesfor garnish (any berry will work)
How to make Berries and Cream Jello Salad:
- Mix together the box of jello and boiling water in a large bowl. Stir until all jello is dissolved. Mix in can of pineapple and can of pie filling until combined. Pour jello mixture into a 9×13 pan and refrigerate until set (about 4-5 hours).
- Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla and beat until smooth. Place a spoonful of cream on each serving. Garnish with fresh berries.

Berries and Cream Jello Salad Recipe
This delicious jello salad is a side dish, but yummy enough to be a dessert too!

Ingredients
- 6 ounces raspberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple do not drain
- 21 ounces blueberry pie filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups fresh blackberries for garnish (any berry will work)
